About our solutions.

Which solution should we start with?

With the problem that costs you most today. For most manufacturers that is counterfeiting, so they start with Brand Protection. Because every solution runs on the same security layer, the others can be added later without changing what is printed on the product.

What does authentic.network solve?

One serialised, copy-evident code per product, six solutions on it: brand protection, track & trace, grey-market control, warranty, customer engagement and the EU Digital Product Passport. Start with one, add the others on the same code – checked with any smartphone, no app, about a second; offline with the authentic app.

Can we combine several solutions?

Yes. One scan can confirm that a product is genuine, record where it was verified, open warranty registration and show the passport data - all from the same code on the product.

Do we need a separate code for each solution?

No. Every solution uses the same serialised code with the same security layer. You print it once and decide what happens after each scan.

What data do the solutions use?

Verification scans: when and where a code was checked and whether it passed. Tracing, grey-market signals and analytics are built on these scans alone, so you do not have to hand over supply-chain data.
