What does Track & Trace record?
Every verification scan: where a product's code was checked, how often, and whether the check raised an alert. Because every item carries its own serial number linked to its product data, each scan belongs to exactly one known product.
Do we need to connect our ERP or logistics systems?
No. Track & Trace works from verification scans alone. You do not have to hand over supply-chain event data or integrate another system to get started.
Can we see where a specific batch has been scanned?
Yes. Serial numbers can be linked to product data such as article, batch, production date and intended market, so you can see where products from a specific batch have been checked.
Is this a full supply-chain tracking system?
It shows where your products are checked in the field, based on verification scans - not production or shipping events. That is why it needs no integration to start, and why it complements your logistics systems rather than replacing them.
What are cases?
Suspicious scans are grouped into cases, either counterfeit or grey market, so your team reviews a few cases rather than thousands of individual scans. The dashboard shows how many cases need review and where they occurred.
Which product data do we need to provide?
As much as you want to see in your analysis. Serials can be linked to article, batch, production date and intended market. The intended market is what makes grey-market cases possible; batch and production date let you follow a batch.
Can we export the data?
Yes. Scan data can be exported from the scan view, so your team can work with it in its own tools and reports.
